Job SummaryWe are looking for a Service Engineer to join our Service & Maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for equipment installation, inspection, commissioning, troubleshooting, alignment, repair, and preventive maintenance at customer and project sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for Diploma holders and ITI candidates who want to build a career in field service, equipment commissioning, and maintenance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInspect assembled equipment to ensure proper installation, alignment, and assembly.
• Inspect operating components and verify that equipment performs within expected operating tolerances.
• Commission, tune, test, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Assemble, align, install, and dismantle equipment as required at project/customer sites.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out necessary corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist customers in establishing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Interact professionally with internal and external project managers during field projects.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding commissioning progress, equipment status, and service activities on a daily basis.
• Identify and arrange the appropriate tools, instruments, spare parts, and equipment required to complete the assigned job.
• Prepare service reports, inspection reports, commissioning documents, and other required technical documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and customer-site requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of installation, commissioning, and service activities.
• Travel to customer/project locations, approximately 60% of the time.
• Required Qualification & ExperienceDiploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering – Freshers can apply.
• ITI – Mechanical / Fitter with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Candidates with experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or field service will be preferred.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of installation, alignment, inspection, and maintenance.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings/manuals is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.
• Ability to work independently as well as with project and service teams.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely completion of work.
