Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive / Telesales Executive (Inbound)


Job Description:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website.
  • Generate and qualify leads using online platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, Google.
  • Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer information, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and track lead status and conversion rates.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
