Job Description

  • Call existing and old customers as curtsy call
  • Reconnect with customers who have not joined a trek recently
  • Call customers who enquired but did not booked
  • Inform customers about upcoming treks and special events
  • Birthday/anniversary wishes and relevant offers
  • Encourage repeat bookings and referrals
  • Promote relevant GTribe gear/shop products
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Request Google reviews from happy customers
  • Update customer information and call remarks
  • Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports
  • Coordinate interested customers with the sales/operations team
