Vendor Management Executive

Job Purpose

To manage vendor relationships, procurement coordination, material/service availability, vendor performance, and commercial negotiations for real estate .

Key Responsibilities·      

. Identify and evaluate suitable vendors and contractors.

·        Develop and maintain vendor relationships.

·        Obtain quotations and compare commercial proposals.

·        Negotiate rates, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions.

·        Coordinate purchase orders/work orders with vendors.

·        Monitor material and service delivery as per project requirements.

·        Track vendor performance, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

·        Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and purchase teams.

·        Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes.

·        Maintain vendor databases, quotations, comparison statements, and records.

·        Ensure procurement is aligned with project schedules and approved budgets.

·        Assist in developing alternate vendors for critical materials/services.

Required Skills·   

. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·        Knowledge of construction materials and services.

·        Vendor management and procurement experience.

·        Good knowledge of Excel and commercial documentation.

·        Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

QualificationGraduate/Diploma/B.E. with relevant procurement or vendor-management experience in Real Estate.
