Senior Sales Manager

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead apartment sales for our residential projects. The role requires a hands-on sales leader who can manage a team of 5-10 people, drive lead conversions, manage channel partners and achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual apartment sales targets. • Lead, train and motivate a 5-10 member sales team. • Monitor the complete sales funnel: Lead -> Site Visit -> Negotiation -> Booking. • Personally assist in closing serious and high-value prospects. • Ensure timely follow-up and proper CRM management of all leads. • Build and manage relationships with brokers and channel partners. • Coordinate digital, property portal, outdoor and local marketing activities. • Track campaign effectiveness based on lead quality, site visits and bookings. • Monitor competitor pricing, offers, inventory and market trends. • Recommend pricing, schemes and sales strategies to management. • Coordinate with CRM/accounts teams for bookings, documentation and collections.
