Field Executive

JOB PROFILE – FIELD EXECUTIVE - HOUSEKEEPING & ENGINEERING SERVICES

· Daily Audit of 3 locations and submit audit report.

· Organise the Team at each location so that there are no service breaches and complaints from the client.

· Provide and implement SOPs for facility management at each site.

· Ensuring that adequate & approved Manpower and as per the contract.

· Ensure regular training once in a week for each location, and maintaining records.

· In charge of all operations & responsible for all the issues in the area of responsibility.

· Ensure all orders for HK- Consumables, Uniform, PPE, Toiletry are raised in time and provisioned at the sites.

· Supporting Site Supervisors in resolving location specific issues.

· Ensure all records/ Compliance Documents pertaining to Statutory Audit are updated and maintained at all locations.

· Reporting of all defects / Pending tasks in each location and follow-up to close the pending tasks.

· Build and manage good relationship with the Client’s Representative.

· Well versed with MS office and render the monthly, weekly and daily report.

· Liaise with Bhopal Head Office for resolving all issues at the site.

Preferred candidate profile

· Should have a Graduation Degree with minimum 1 years of

experience of facility Management or Administration of Manufacturing site during his tenure.

· Must have own Vehicle.

· Good Communication Skills (Hindi & English)

· Should be able to handle the large teams
