Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our client requirements in Pithampur, Indore. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Recruit candidates for Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing, and other assigned positions.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
• Prepare daily recruitment reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Knowledge of the local Pithampur and Indore candidate market is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment preferred;

·      Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
