Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician for Utilities Maintenance

Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

An Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment within a manufacturing plant. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical Utilities like DG Sets, Compressors, UPS, HT-LT Panels, Motors etc to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems and Utilities.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in DG Sets, Compressors, Electric panels, motors etc
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade wiring, circuits, and control panels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
  • Operate electrical testing equipment to measure voltage, current, and resistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production personnel.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with new technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • ITI Certification in Electrical trade.
  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Must be able to operate DG sets.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and legal regulations.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of motor control systems and power distribution.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
