About the Role

WealthAxis is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective clients and business partners, explain our services, schedule appointments and maintain regular follow ups. The role requires clear communication, convincing skills and a professional approach to building customer relationships. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company approved leads and scripts.

Introduce WealthAxis services and relevant business opportunities clearly and professionally.

Understand customer enquiries and connect interested prospects with the appropriate advisor or business development team.

Schedule appointments, office visits and meetings, and confirm attendance through timely reminders.

Follow up with interested prospects while respecting their communication preferences.

Respond politely to incoming calls and provide accurate information within the scope of your training.

Maintain updated records of calls, customer requirements, appointments and follow ups in the assigned system.

Support campaigns related to client acquisition, advisor recruitment and franchise enquiries as directed.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Work towards agreed calling, appointment and lead generation targets.

Protect customer information and follow company procedures for handling personal details.

Avoid misleading claims, guaranteed return promises or recommendations beyond your authorised role.

Eligibility and Skills

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and convincing skills, particularly in Hindi; basic English communication is desirable.

A clear telephone manner, patience, active listening and confidence in handling customer questions.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with spreadsheets, messaging tools or CRM systems.

Previous telecalling, customer service or sales experience is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
