Job Description
SALES EXECUTIVE – HOUSING LOAN
Location: Pudukkottai
Department: Sales
Position: Sales Executive – Housing Loan
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
Employment: Full-Time
- EligibilityMinimum 10th Standard Pass.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates from Housing Finance / Home Loan / Mortgage Loan / Banking / NBFC are preferred.
- Two-wheeler is compulsory.
- Valid Driving Licence preferred.
- Willingness to work in field sales and travel within the assigned area.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new Housing Loan leads in and around Pudukkottai.
- Identify and approach potential home-loan customers.
- Explain housing loan products and basic eligibility requirements.
- Conduct customer visits and collect required documents.
- Follow up with customers from lead generation to sanction and disbursement.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Credit Team.
- Develop local contacts with property owners, brokers, builders and other lead sources.
- Achieve assigned monthly sourcing and business targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads and customer follow-ups.
FreshersFreshers are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided on housing loan products, customer sourcing, KYC documentation, loan processing and field activities.
Experienced CandidatesCandidates with relevant experience in Housing Loans, Mortgage Loans, Banking or NBFC Sales will be considered based on their experience and performance.
Mandatory RequirementTwo-wheeler is compulsory as the role involves regular customer visits and field sales activities in the Pudukkottai area.
