Position: Accountant

Location: Ravet, Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
• Record sales, purchase, expenses, receipts and payment transactions.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle customer and supplier ledger entries and reconciliation.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and regular account checking.
• Maintain proper records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Follow up and coordinate for customer payments and outstanding amounts.
• Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents before processing.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting activities.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, trading and management teams for accounting-related requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Prepare regular accounting reports and statements as required by management.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting work.

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / equivalent qualification preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with experience in accounting will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
