Job Description
Manage day-to-day warehouse administration and HR operations.
Monitor employee attendance, shifts, leave, and manpower requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse managers, supervisors, labour contractors, and HR team.
Coordinate manpower recruitment and deployment as per warehouse requirements.
Prepare and maintain attendance, leave, manpower, and HR reports.
Manage housekeeping, security, canteen, office supplies, and other admin activities.
Ensure proper discipline, safety, cleanliness, and compliance at the warehouse.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for administrative and facility-related requirements.
Support management in resolving employee and operational issues.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of HR/Admin activities.
