Admission Counsellor

Preferred: Candidates with experience in telecalling, education counselling, sales, NEET/MBBS admissions or student counselling will be preferred.

Handle incoming enquiries from NEET UG aspirants and parents regarding MBBS admissions.

Act as the first point of contact for students and parents visiting the office or contacting through phone/WhatsApp.

Make outbound calls to NEET aspirants and admission enquiries and understand their requirements.

Explain basic information related to MBBS admissions, colleges, counselling process, fees, quota and eligibility.

Follow up with prospective students/parents and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.

Coordinate with senior admission counsellors for detailed counselling and college-related queries.

Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate meetings with counsellors.

Maintain lead details, enquiry status, follow-up records and daily calling reports in CRM.

Handle WhatsApp communication and share relevant admission updates/information with students and parents.

Build a professional relationship with students and parents and assist in converting enquiries into admissions.

Support the counselling and sales team in day-to-day admission-related activities.
