Job Description

  • Barista – Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverages.
  • Take customer orders and provide good service.
  • Operate coffee machines and other equipment properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the café.
  • Handle billing and cash transactions when required.
  • Check stock and inform the manager about shortages.
  • Follow food safety and company standards.
  • Maintain the café’s presentation and service quality.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
  • Support the team in daily café operations.
