Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to handle field sales and develop business in the plumbing, sanitary, CP fittings, drainage and building-material products market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned market.
2. Handle existing clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Understand market requirements and identify opportunities for business growth.
4. Plan daily routes and regularly visit customers in Pune/PCMC.
5. Prepare quotations independently and follow up for order closure.
6. Follow up and coordinate for timely payment collection.
7. Negotiate with clients and close orders effectively.
8. Analyse customers and offer suitable discounts across product categories.
9. Submit regular sales and market reports to seniors.
10. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant field sales/business development experience.
• Experience in plumbing, sanitary, CP fittings or building-material products preferred.
• Good knowledge of the plumbing market and customer network.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently handle quotations, follow-ups and order closing.
• Strong market development and relationship-management skills.
• Should be locally settled in Pune/PCMC.
• MBA qualification preferred.
• Candidates with stable employment history will be preferred.
• Age: 25–35 years.
