About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about e-commerce, social media, advertising, and digital growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, creating engaging content, running campaigns, and supporting the growth of our online business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Research products, competitors, market trends, and new advertising opportunities.
• Create and coordinate ad creatives, reels, videos, images, and marketing content.
• Monitor campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, and sales.
• Identify winning products, creatives, and audiences and support campaign scaling.
• Manage and grow Instagram and other social media channels.
• Develop engaging social media posts, reels, captions, and promotional content.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and marketing performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with the team to improve website conversion, offers, promotions, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Track competitors and identify new products, marketing strategies, and trends.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members to execute campaigns.
• Maintain regular reports on marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, social media, AI tools, and e-commerce trends.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / E-commerce.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media marketing.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and digital content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and written English.
• Creative mindset with an ability to understand what makes an advertisement attractive.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new marketing strategies.
• Good to HaveExperience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience managing Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other advertising platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools.
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, and CTR.
• Experience working with a D2C/e-commerce brand.
