*About the Role*

Rahri Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Home Loan professional with strong experience in DSA companies to build and manage our home loan services division.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing home loan solutions to customers who have booked properties or visited project sites through Rahri Services.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Team Building & Management:*

Build and manage the Home Loan team as per business requirements.

Recruit, train, and guide team members to achieve business objectives.

*Process & Operations:*

Develop and implement effective working protocols and processes.

Establish structured modules for lead handling, customer follow-up, documentation, and loan processing.

*Bank & NBFC Tie-Ups:*

Establish and maintain tie-ups with major Banks and NBFCs.

Develop strong relationships with lending partners to provide competitive home loan solutions.

*Business Targets*:

Set monthly business targets for the team.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Monitor team performance and take corrective actions when required.

*Customer & Lead Management*:

Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of home loan leads.

Coordinate with customers, banks, NBFCs, and internal teams throughout the loan process.

Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

*Candidate Profile*:

*Experience:*

Strong experience in Home Loans, preferably with a DSA company.

Proven experience in team handling, business development, and loan processing.

Strong knowledge of Banks, NBFCs, and home loan products.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to build and manage a team and achieve business targets.
