🚀 We’re Looking for a Sales Leader!

Are you someone who knows how to handle a sales team, convert leads, drive targets, and keep customers coming back?

SMGC DISTRIBUTORS PVT. LTD. is looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead who can take ownership of the team’s performance and help us grow our sales.

• What You’ll Do Lead, manage and motivate the Inside Sales Team to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor daily calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions and team performance.
• Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up with potential customers.
• Guide team members on customer handling, product pitching and sales conversion.
• Track sales pipelines and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
• Handle important customers and support the team in closing challenging deals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchase and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS and customer records.
• Identify gaps in the sales process and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

⭐ What We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Sales Coordination / Team Handling.

• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.
• Good knowledge of Excel, CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse team performance and take corrective action.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

🏢 Industry Experience

Experience in Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bathroom Products, Building Materials or Home Improvement is preferred.

However, candidates from similar industries are also welcome to apply, especially those with strong inside-sales and team-handling experience.
