Experienced in coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate billing and timely submission of bills.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare client RA bills and final bills based on actual site measurements.
• Verify subcontractor bills against BOQ quantities and completed site work.
• Prepare quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.
• Maintain measurement sheets, BOQ records, and billing documentation.
• Check quantities of concrete, reinforcement steel, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for measurement verification.
• Track executed quantities and prepare monthly billing statements.
• Assist in rate analysis, variation claims, and reconciliation of quantities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of bills.
