Personal Assistant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to management.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, calls, and routine correspondence.
- Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and MIS as required.
- Maintain records, files, and important documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Arrange meetings and maintain meeting-related information.
- Handle confidential information professionally.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative work.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Working HoursMonday to Saturday | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
