Position Overview

The Company is seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Manager - Manufacturing to lead manufacturing operations for its strut channel production facility. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence across production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost performance while ensuring adherence to Company's global standards and customer requirements.

This role requires a strong manufacturing professional with experience in metal processing, roll forming, sheet metal fabrication, or related industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing production processes, developing manufacturing capabilities, and building a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
