Job Title: Purchase Executive – Solar Industry

Company: Sailee Electrical and Solar System

Location: Ravet, Pune

Experience: 0–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchase activities for solar projects.
• Source and coordinate with vendors for solar panels, inverters, electrical materials, and accessories.
• Collect and compare quotations and negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with the Project, Sales, and Accounts departments.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, stock, and inventory.
• Verify material quality, quantity, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders and payments.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of solar products and electrical materials will be an advantage.

• Preferred Candidate: Someone with experience in purchase, procurement, trading, or the solar/electrical industry.
