Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with service engineers, customers, and vendors for required details.
  • Collect and verify material/service pricing.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations and approvals.
  • Maintain quotation records and update quotation status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely quotation submission.
  • Handle customer queries related to quotations and pricing.


Required Skills:


  • Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in quotation, sales coordination, or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Knowledge of engineering/service industry will be an added advantage.
