Job Description
- Handle leads and communicate with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, configurations, amenities, and payment plans.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits with customers.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and successful bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve individual sales and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Stay updated on assigned projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and incentives.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for site visits.
