Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.

  • Follow up regularly with interested leads to convert them into clients.

  • Handle phone calls and messages professionally and ensure every message is checked and responded to the same day.

  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, lead responses, and follow-up status in the system.

  • Connect clients to the relevant department as per their requirements.

  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

  • Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone in all interactions.
  • Give demo sessions to client

Support the marketing and sales team by sharing customer feedback and updates.
