Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and experienced Sales Trainer to train, guide, and support new joiners and existing employees in improving their sales knowledge, communication, and field-sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily sales training sessions for new joiners and existing employees.

Conduct structured training sessions covering all sales modules, processes, products, and sales techniques.

Provide on-field sales training and guidance to new joiners.

Coordinate with the Developer/Development team to ensure accurate and updated product-related information is communicated to the sales team.

Maintain and update sales training and employee-related data.

Prepare and maintain daily sales activity reports.

Monitor trainees' performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Identify training gaps and conduct refresher sessions whenever required.

Support the sales team in improving customer handling, communication, follow-ups, and conversion techniques.

Maintain proper records of training attendance, performance, and progress.

Requirements

Female candidates only.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Comfortable with field visits and on-field training.

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and people-management skills.

Ability to train and motivate employees effectively.
