Job Description
Key Responsibilities.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.
• Explain company services, programs, and offerings effectively.
• Generate and qualify leads for sales and business development teams.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM/MIS.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
• Prepare call reports and update management regularly.
✅ Required Skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a target-based environment.
