Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience and excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for T-shirt manufacturing and corporate gifting products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and institutional customers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, apparel, printing, or promotional products.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
