Job Description


1.Coordinate daily breakdown, AMC and preventive maintenance activities.


2. Allocate service calls to engineers/technicians and monitor job progress.

3. Monitor service team performance, attendance and productivity.

4. Coordinate with customers and ensure timely resolution of complaints.


5. Monitor job cards, service reports and pending service calls.

6. Coordinate spare parts requirements with the concerned departments.

7. Track PM completion, machine uptime, TAT and repeat breakdowns.

8. Escalate critical technical/customer issues to the Service Manager.
