Job SummaryTeach and nurture students of Grades 2 and 3 by delivering engaging lessons across all core subjects, supporting academic growth, and creating a safe, positive classroom environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTeach English, Mathematics, EVS, Hindi/Marathi, and General Knowledge.
• Prepare daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Assess students through classwork, homework, projects, and tests.
• Maintain attendance, progress records, and report cards.
• Create an interactive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom discipline with positive behavior strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and teacher training.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (preferred or as per school norms).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Classroom preferred).
