Responsibilities:

  • Explain clinic services, treatments, and offers clearly to customers.
  • Maintain daily call logs and update customer details.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
  • Handle basic client queries politely and professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales and clinic team to ensure smooth client conversion.
