Job Description
- Sales Closing: Answer questions about products or the company, understand customer needs, and close sales.
- Lead Generation: Push for direct sales and gather valid customer leads for the on-field sales team.
- Database Management: Enter and update customer information, call logs, and sales details in the CRM system.
- Grievance Handling: Handle customer complaints or doubts calmly to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Familiar with Excel & Word
- Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Present product value propositions clearly, handle customer objections professionally, and negotiate pricing/terms to close deals.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with prospective clients to foster long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business or referrals.

- Time Management: Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills to manage call schedules and pipeline follow-ups efficiently.
