Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls, databases, references, and online enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and commercial terms to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and quotations to generate sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings between customers and the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams regarding customer requirements.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain and update the customer database/CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports regarding calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
