Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ budget, location preferences, and property requirements.
- Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Qualify leads and identify potential buyers.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and maintain strong relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and site visits in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned targets for calls, qualified leads, and site visits.
- Provide timely responses to customer queries and maintain a professional customer experience.
- Track lead status and provide regular reports to management.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property markets.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
- Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in real estate, telesales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate pre-sales is preferred for senior positions.
