Job Description
Job Title: Trainee Compounder / Junior Compounder
Location: Pune (Plant Location)
Work Type: Full-Time | 100% On-site | Rotational Shifts (3 Shifts)
Experience: Freshers to Experienced (0 to 3+ years)
Salary Package:
- Freshers: ₹3.17 LPA (~₹19,500/month in-hand / gross)
- Experienced: Up to ₹3.64 LPA (~₹23,000/month)

Educational Qualification:
- Diploma OR Diploma + ITI
- Specialization: Chemical, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Agriculture
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in compounding, batch mixing, and production operations in line with quality and safety guidelines.
- Handle raw materials, chemicals, or food/flavor ingredients as per batch manufacturing records.
- Maintain equipment, operational logs, and workplace cleanliness (GMP/HACCP).
- Work in 3 rotational shifts to meet daily production targets.
