Job Description

 Lead, train, and motivate sales or service consultants to achieve daily and monthly goals,  Explain advanced electric vehicle features, battery tech, charging infrastructure, and total cost of ownership to buyers,  Monitor walk-ins, digital leads, test drives, and bookings using CRM tools, Address customer queries, handle escalations, and oversee smooth vehicle deliveries or servicing updates, Prepare daily and weekly performance reports (MIS) for upper management..
