Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage student fee payments and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Track pending fees, due dates, and outstanding payments.
  • Follow up with students regarding pending or overdue fees.
  • Verify payment receipts, UPI transactions, bank transfers, and other payment confirmations.
  • Maintain daily fee collection reports and update Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions and Operations teams regarding student payment status.
  • Resolve basic student queries related to fees, receipts, and payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial records.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; B.Com candidates preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Experience in fee collection, payment tracking, accounts, or financial record management will be an advantage.
