Account Manager

We are looking for a young, dynamic and growth-oriented Accounts & Taxation Assistant to join our team at Warje, Pune. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting, taxation and statutory compliances, with a good understanding of day-to-day finance operations. We are looking for someone who is willing to take responsibility, learn continuously and build a long-term career with the organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Regular accounting in Tally, including recording of all types of vouchers and related workings - Preparation of TDS workings, challans/payment and quarterly TDS return filing - GST workings, reconciliation and return filing - PF & ESI calculations, payments and return filing - Preparation and understanding of Advance Tax workings - Assistance in audit, ITR preparation and filing - Preparation of accounts and support in year-end finalisation - Handling routine statutory and regulatory filings - Maintaining and following Accounts SOPs and internal processes - Preparation of MIS reports and discussing financial information with seniors/management - Handling and understanding banking transactions, bank entries and reconciliations - Monitoring and ensuring timely statutory compliances - Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting documents - Coordinating with clients, auditors, consultants and internal team members as required Candidate Profile: - 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
