Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software.
  • Record and reconcile sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash books, bank books, and other financial records.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Calculate TDS on various payments as per applicable tax regulations.
  • Deduct, record, and deposit TDS within prescribed timelines.
  • Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Reconcile TDS records with books of accounts and government portals.
  • Assist in GST-related accounting and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accounting records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations
