Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of the company.
  • Maintain sales, purchase, cash, bank, journal and ledger entries accurately.
  • Prepare and maintain customer/distributor ledgers and outstanding statements.
  • Record and reconcile daily cash collections and bank transactions.
  • Perform regular Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for billing, collections and outstanding payments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, e-Invoicing and E-Way Bill related accounting and documentation.
  • Monitor distributor credit limits, payment schedules and overdue outstanding.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other financial institutions when required.
  • Support management with financial analysis, costing and accounting reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
