Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesTaxation & Compliance
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Maintain compliance with agricultural and dairy-specific tax regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors and consultants for statutory audits.
  • Accounts Payable
  • Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile balances.
  • Monitor credit terms and negotiate payment schedules.
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Track customer invoices and collections.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Prepare aging reports and highlight risks.
  • Payments & Banking
  • Handle daily bank transactions, fund transfers, and cheque/online payments.
  • Maintain cash flow records and ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Coordinate with banks for dairy subsidy credits, loans, and facilities.
  • MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports on sales, expenses, receivables, and payables.
  • Provide management with variance analysis and profitability insights.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
