- Should possess knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation, with familiarity in audit procedures and documentation.
- Should possess practical skills in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and productivity tools, along with comfort in handling numerical data and reconciliations.
- Should possess an understanding of taxation concepts and compliance requirements, with interest in learning direct and indirect tax laws and related filings.
- Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes and professional standards.
- Should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and clients, and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks responsibly.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, willingness to learn, and readiness to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Pune Division.
