Job Description

  1. Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  2. Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals and course requirements.
  3. Explain course details, curriculum, fees, eligibility criteria and career opportunities.
  4. Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
  5. Maintain and update lead databases, follow-up records and admission status.
  6. Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth student onboarding.
  7. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
  8. Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective students.
