We craft premium spaces and bespoke furniture for homes (B2C) and commercial clients (B2B). We are scaling our digital operations and looking for an AI & WhatsApp Automation Specialist to revolutionize how we capture, nurture, and close leads.
What You’ll Do
- Flowchart Customer Journeys: Map out step-by-step customer inquiry flows for Room-wise (Living, Bedroom, Kitchen), Product-wise (Sofas, Wardrobes, Dining), and Service-wise (Renovation, Consultation) requests.
- Build WhatsApp Automation: Set up automated WhatsApp drip campaigns, auto-follow-ups, and interactive WhatsApp forms for lead intake.
- Deploy AI Chatbots: Integrate smart AI auto-responders to answer client queries 24/7.
- Manage Digital Catalogs: Connect automated messages with dynamic PDFs, product image libraries, and Google Photos albums via AI shortlisting.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp API tools (Wati, Interakt, Aisensy, ManyChat, etc.).
- Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and AI chatbots.
- Proficiency in creating process flowcharts (Miro, Whimsical, Canva).
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B customer communication.
