Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary-

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards at the entertainment venue.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily retail and operational activities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the front-line team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales targets, billing, and daily reports.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task allocation.
• Ensure product displays, stock availability, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards.
• Coordinate with management to achieve business targets.
• Requirements2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or entertainment preferred.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of sales, inventory, and store operations.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
