Associate Application Engineer (Mech/Production)

Position Summary:

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Application engineer professional with a mechanical engineering background to support Commercial Operation function for flexible Couplings. Major Responsibilities: • Review and analyze customer RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and application requirements to recommend suitable High-Performance coupling products, options, and accessories. • Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations for coupling assemblies, spare parts, MRO requests, and engineered-to-order (ETO) projects. • Perform costing and pricing analysis, coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain teams to obtain product costs, and maintain pricing databases and quotation records. • Provide technical and commercial support to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Account Managers, and end customers throughout the quotation and order lifecycle. • Utilize ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce for quotation management, order support, and data maintenance. • Read, interpret, and review engineering drawings, GA drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Required Education / Experience / Skills: • Diploma OR bachelor’s in mechanical/production engineering. • 0-2 years of experience in Application Engineering/Product engineering/Technical Sales • Ability to understand engineering drawings and product configurations. • Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills. • Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and with sense of urgency. 

Travel: Regional less than 10%. Language: Primarily English. Other Indian, European or Asian languages could be beneficial to work with people from those regions on any of the projects.
