Participate actively in technical training sessions and workshops to build core stack competencies and work toward professional certifications (e.g., Pega).
Engage in daily Agile ceremonies and stand-ups to estimate tasks, update work progress in Jira, and collaborate within a cross-functional squad.
Maintain clear technical guides, user manuals, and process diagrams to ensure solutions are well-documented and easily maintainable.
Support senior engineers in troubleshooting system errors and performance issues to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
Collaborate with senior engineers and Product Owners to turn manual process requirements into efficient, low-code automation designs.
Contribute to driving operational efficiency across Roche by helping connect complex global systems through modern automation platforms.
