Job Description

Responsibilities included:

  1. Handle Purchase requisitions ( PRs ) as received from Internal team/ customers
  2. RFQ launch to suppliers for various categories of Indirect Materials
  3. Quotation receipt and comparison preparation
  4. Recommendation of suppliers for award of business
  5. Coordinate the discussion with the customers to understand their expectation from sourcing project
  6. Must be experienced in RFQ management
  7. Supplier selection and purchasing of Consumable items
  8. Indirect materials, Maintenance Spares, Civil / Real estate, IT Hardware/software, AMC Contracts, Ready made items etc.
  9. Must be very good at excel
