## Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Pastry Chef with strong expertise in desserts, recipe development and product innovation. The candidate will be responsible for developing new frozen yogurt flavours, toppings, desserts and other innovative products, while keeping up with global trends in the dessert industry.

## Roles & Responsibilities

* Create, develop and test new frozen yogurt recipes and flavours.

* Develop and standardize recipes for toppings, sauces and other dessert components.

* Plan and execute batch production of toppings while maintaining consistency and quality.

* Develop new dessert concepts and product ideas for the brand.

* Research and follow global dessert and frozen yogurt trends to create innovative products.

* Continuously experiment with new flavours, ingredients, combinations and recipes.

* Conduct product trials and testing to ensure the right taste, texture, consistency and presentation.

* Support the development and launch of new product from recipe creation to finalization.

* Identify and source suitable ingredients and raw materials for new product development.

* Have strong technical knowledge of dairy products and dairy-based ingredients, including their properties, usage and application in frozen desserts.

* Conduct recipe cost analysis and calculate ingredient costs for new and existing products.

* Optimize recipes to achieve the right balance of quality, taste and cost.

* Maintain accurate and standardized recipes for all developed products.

* Improve existing recipes and products based on quality, taste and customer preferences.

* Provide training to team members on newly developed recipes, products and preparation methods.

* Ensure consistency of recipes and products during production.

* Work closely with the management team on new product development and innovation.
