Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations of curriculum books, digital panels, and LMS solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with school decision-makers (principals, owners, coordinators).
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle pricing discussions, agreements, and finalize sales.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on competitors, education trends, and customer needs.
  • Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with the operations team for delivery, installation, and training.
  • Travel & Field Work: Visit schools within assigned territory (local/regional travel required).
